Both Mother’s Day (May 12) and Nurses Week (May 6 to 12) are celebrated in May. These two groups of people often do so much for others without always taking the time for self-care. May 6 to 12 is also Mental Health Week. So to recognize all of the caregivers in our lives, we have come up with ten ways to reduce stress in ten minutes or less.
