1. Team Up
Stay motivated by choosing a workout partner with a similar schedule to yours. Take part in a charity walk or run to give yourself a goal and get outside.
2. Hit the Farmers’ Market
Soak up the spring sunshine while you shop for fresh fruitsand veggies and anti-aging super-foods – almonds, yams, blueberries, salmon and leafy greens. Not only are they local, organic (free from toxic pesticides), they will also be fresher with more nutrient value.
3. Resistance Train
For increased bone density, muscle and hormone function and fat loss, resistance train the full body 2-3 days a week with moderate weights in addition to cardiovascular exercise.
4. Clean out your pantry
Start eating healthy and get rid of those tempting low-in-nutrition foods including chips, cookies, pretzels, sugary cereals, sauces and salad dressings and white bread; and of course, that Valentine’s Day box of chocolates.
5. Stay hydrated
Drink enough water daily to keep yourself hydrated especially two hours before exercising to avoid muscle cramping and fatigue. After a vigorous workout be sure to drink up and replace those fluids.

1. Exfoliate
Accelerate cell renewal and prepare your skin to absorb products by sloughing off dead cells from the upper layer of the skin twice a week. Use gentle scrubs with small grains for best results.
2. Lighten’ up your Moisturizer
Switch to a lighter water-based moisturizer, especially when you are starting to feel oily or shiny in your t-zone area during the warmer months.
3. Hydrate
Drink water to replenish your skin after the long, harsh winter months with its low humidity, dry indoor heat and reduced fresh air which can leave your skin feeling parched.
4. Diet and Exercise
Exercise regularly and eat healthy so that your skin has the vitamins and minerals it needs to keep rebuilding its cells and renewing itself. Brisk walks are a great way to promote circulation.
5. Protection from the Rays
Take time now to find a protective sunscreen with the fragrance and ingredients you like to prepare for the warmer months when you’ll be reapplying it throughout the day. And don’t forget sun glasses!
SWISS LINE TIPS FOR YOUNGER LOOKING SKIN
By: Misha Oh
1. Rejuvenate While You Sleep
Apply a night cream with active ingredients before bed. Swiss line’s purple gel-balm, Total-Lift Overnight Cream, works as you sleep to combat the decrease in skin firmness and elasticity associated with ageing.
2. A Renewed You
Exfoliate two to three times weekly to stimulate the skin’s renewal process. Swiss line’s Mild Exfoliating Refiner removes dull surface cells and contains Vitamin C & E to help fight free radical change.
3. Give Yourself a Boost
Boost your moisturizer’s efficiency by first applying a serum. Swiss line’s Face Lifting Complex fights free radical damage for a noticeable lift while the Age Intelligence serum firms and diminishes wrinkles.
4. Combat Signs of Aging
Combat dark circles and puffiness with an eye cream. Corrective Eye Moisturizer and Dual Eye Cream help to reduce wrinkles, hydrate, and repair the eye contour by nourishing and strengthening capillary walls.
5. Intensive Skin Treatment
Give your tired complexion instant radiance and energy with a mask. Use twice a week or apply a cream mask overnight before an important event to have a fresh and lifted complexion.
