Today is Global Wellness Day, an entire day dedicated to living well. At Elmwood Spa, we believe that every day should be about wellness, but we understand that daily stressors and commitments can push wellness to the back of our mental closets. One of the aims of Global Wellness Day is, “To be free from the stress of everyday life and bad habits.” We want to join the cause by reminding our current and future guests that we love to promote wellness through our spa services, by allowing people to escape into our urban oasis and take some time for themselves.
