We are thrilled to be featured on the popular Toronto blog, Health and Swellness. Blogger Karen Kwan wrote a review post titled, “Fitness Swellness: The benefits of massage therapy for runners.” She reviewed our Elmwood Spa Deep Tissue Massage after running the Nike Women’s Toronto Run in June.
